1. What is the difference between all the different clips?
We currently offer 2 different types of clips. A french barrette and a single prong alligator clip. A french barrette is for a girl with a lot of hair or for an older child. An alligator clip is perfect for girls with very fine hair or for the girls that don't have a lot of hair. It's also nice for the older girl who just wants to pull her bangs back.
2. How much is my shipping going to be?
Shippingis $2 for the first bow and only .25 cents for every bow after that. All items are shipped First Class. What does that mean if your package is heavier than actual cost? We cover all charges. We are thankful for our customers and want them to be able to purchase more items and not spend all their money on shipping.
3. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we do accept custom orders! Please email us with your requests and we can see what we can do for you! All custom orders are made special when ordered and can not be returned for any reason.
5. What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and paypal! We also can not ship until payment has been received!
7. What is the no slip material for alligator clips?
Our no slip material is made of a soft rubbery material that we glue to the bottom of our alligator clips. It helps hold onto even the tinest amount of hair! It leaves no residue and is not sticky.
8. Are your bows mass-produced or pre-made?
Absoutely not!! All our bows are custom, made when ordered in the USA! All bows are meticoulsly hand sewn for added strength!
9. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied! If we make an error or sent a defective item, we will promptly replace as soon as we can. We do our best to accurately describe, photograph and present each hair accessory style. It is our policy not to sell items that have been returned, so we cannot accept returns. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
